Bill Sheils - Business Development

Business Development - Bill Sheils: With over 30 years' experience in the industry, Bill joined Wibral CSL from Japan, where he was President of the Vectant Japan Group and three of their telecoms subsidiaries. In 1998, Bill became President and CEO of the first foreign-owned telecoms company in Japan. Since 1985 he has worked in the competitive markets of U.K., Europe, U.S.A. and Japan; holding various Sales, Marketing and Executive Management positions in start-up and developing companies. Bill is a member of the advisory panel of a corporate finance company handling funding, disposal and acquisition assignments in telecoms and related industries. Most recently Bill has been closely involved in the turn-around of a 3G operator in Central Europe.

Rob Rowe - Sales & Marketing

Sales & Marketing - Rob Rowe: Rob brings to Wibral CSL over 25 years of IT experience in the delivery of multi-million dollar projects, products, and services. He specialises in product marketing, new business development, business process redesign, and business-to-business (B2B) integration. Rob joined Wibral CSL from the airline-owned systems integrator SITA where, as a senior product manager, he introduced innovative B2B services into its global marketplaces. Rob has also consulted within British Airways on the tactical and strategic deployment of e-commerce and LAN technologies. His career started with Cable & Wireless working in the UK, Middle East & Caribbean, ranging from the design and operation of backbone WANs to managing international voice and data services to the airline and financial services markets.

Alan Herbert - Engineering & Operations

Engineering & Operations - Alan Herbert: Alan is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years' experience in the telecoms industry, joining Wibral CSL from WFI Consulting (formerly Questus Ltd.) where he was a Managing Consultant. Alan has been responsible for the resilience and the organisation of the Operations and Maintenance of a pan-European optical fibre network, headed up the technical operations of a number of Cable & Wireless business units in different countries, and most recently been a CTO with a Middle Eastern start-up company. His specialist fields include network operations and maintenance, resilience, and project management. Now based in Japan, Alan has lived and worked in the U.K., the Middle East, the Far East, the Caribbean, and West Africa, and has provided consultancy services in Europe and Central Asia.
